  Maria Rodriguez-Pierce, MD
Dr. Maria Rodriguez-Pierce is a board certified Neonatologist, physician who is the medical Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Santa Rosa Children's Hospital. Dr. Rodriguez-Pierce is a graduate of the University of Michigan medical School and completed an internship and residency in Pediatrics at University of Miami, Jackson Memorial medical Center, Miami, Florida. She immediately applied and was accepted for her fellowship in Neonatology at the same facility in Miami. She was an assistant professor in Pediatrics at Tulane University Medical Center and attending Neonatologist at the Medical Center of Louisiana at New Orleans (University Hospital) before joining the group of neonatologists in San Antonio. She is a dedicated mother of three children and a member of the Executive Committee for her practice group of neonatologists.
