  Kimberly D. Milhoan, MD
Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology

Dr. Milhoan received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University. She received her medical degree from the University of California at Davis, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical Honor Society. She completed a transitional internship at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego. She completed her residency in Anesthesiology in 2005 at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where she served as Chief Resident. She is board eligible in Anesthesiology. She is an Assistant Professor in the UTHSCSA Department of Anesthesiology and provides pediatric anesthesiology care for the Children's Heart Network.

  Deborah K. Rasch, MD
Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Pediatrics

Associate Professor of anesthesiology and pediatrics, obtained her Medical degree from University of Texas medical branch, Galveston, TX, in 1978. She completed her residency in anesthesiology at University of Texas medical branch, Galveston, TX and her pediatic residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio with an additional year of fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology and intensive care. Dr. Rasch joined the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio as faculty in 1983. She is currently division head of pediatric cardiac anesthesiology at Christus Santa Rosa Children's Hospital and provides care for children with congenital heart defects in the operating room and cath labs.
