Sign Language - services available for patients and families. Request this service through the nursing staff to schedule appointment (no cost to patient).

Language Assistance - 24 hour interpreter/translation for over 25 languages available through speaker phones for patients, families, physicians and hospital staff. Request service through nursing staff (no cost to patient)

TDD equipment - available for the hearing impaired. Our nursing staff can assist you in getting this equipment (no cost to patient)

Notary Services - provided for patients and families. Please contact nursing staff or hospital operator to request a notary public (no cost to patient)

Security Department - provides emergency assistance in charging vehicle batteries and will assist in unlocking vehicles in emergency situations (no cost to patient)

Parking
Visitor Parking Lot - located off Martin and Santa Rosa Streets. A one-day pass or a week long pass at a greatly discounted price is available. The passes allow unlimited use of the parking lot. Speak to the parking lot attendant for more information.
Handicap parking - available in our visitors' parking lot. Please use Martin Street to enter into parking lot.

Pastoral Care/Chaplain Representative - request a representative through the nursing staff or call 704-2181 leaving your name, the name and room number for the patient you wish to be visited.

Patient Representative - request assistance resolving concerns or to obtain information about hospitals (contact through hospital operator)

Prayer Chapel - located on 1st floor of main entrance.

Mail Room - Our patients may receive mail while they are here in the hospital. Please ask sender to include patient's full name, (room number) addressed to: 333 N. Santa Rosa Street, San Antonio, Texas 78207. Please ask sender to include return address when sending mail to the patients.

Gift Shop - operated by Christus Santa Rosa Hospital

Auxiliary - located on 1st floor of the main entrance. Toiletries, magazines, flowers, gifts, cards, postage stamps and phone cards are available for purchase.

Newspaper Stands - located outside Houston Street entrance and at entrance to parking garage.

U.S Mail Box - Located outside Houston Street entrance.
